I have a question regarding the differentiation between Primary/Backup email addresses and Billing email addresses. This eBook states that announcements and invoices are sent to the Primary address, and the Backup address if defined. It later implies that if you have a Billing email address specified, invoices will go there instead of the Primary/Backup addresses. Is this accurate, or will invoices be sent to Primary/Backup addresses regardless of whether a Billing email address is specified?

With sliceManager you can add billing user who can get only billing notices. Admins also can get billing notices
